Ph.D. position in silicon and graphene based spin-electronic nanodevices
The position will be placed at the Quantum Device Physics Laboratory in the department of Microelectronic and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg, Sweden. The Department is doing research and education with focus on future electronics, photonics, bio- and nanosystems and houses a 1240 m2 of cleanroom space, with state-of-the-art research equipments providing a broad platform for the development and testing of new ideas in nanoelectronic devices.

Associate professor in MicroElectroMechanical Systems
DTU Nanotech wishes to strengthen the activities on utilizing micro and nanofabrication approaches and cleanroom technologies for MEMS applications in energy and environment related matters. DTU Nanotech therefore seeks an associate professor with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- design and fabrication of MEMS devices (actuators, sensors)
- energy harvesting (including fuel cells and solar cells)
- application of MEMS to environmental and biochemical challenges

Two positions as project coordinators with focus on innovation / regional networking
DTU Nanotech is looking for two colleagues to work within the activities of innovation and the creation of projects, with start 1 October 2010 or as soon as possible hereafter. You will become part of the department’s project support team which consists of 7 members and supports research and innovation related activities from project applications to commercial utilization and the patenting of results. We collaborate closely with researchers and students and have an informal and good working environment.
