Danish Maritime Cluster

The project “The Danish Maritime Cluster” has the aim of strengthening Demarks position as one of the worlds leading clusters within shipping and maritime technology through increased cooperation between companies, business organisations, authorities and research, development and education institutions.

The project is being developed in a cooperation between Øresund Logistics and the Maritime Development Center of Europe and will build on a strong consortia of partners such as maritime organisations, authorities, companies, as well as technology, research, development and education institutions.

The application for The Danish Maritime Cluster is expected to be sent in for the deadline the 23rd of June 2011 and have a total budget of 4 million €. The Project has been included in the business development strategy of the Capital Region of Denmark.

Jan is responsible for developing the project pipeline at Øresund Logistics and Femern Belt Logistics Platform in cooperation with the other staff in the organisation. Jan is responsible for the SKEMA and Citylogistikservice projects and also works with Green Corridors and the Danish Maritime Cluster project.
