Workshop: Green Mega Food Systems
Public food systems, public health, climate and sustainability will be targeted at this international workshop on 14-15 October 2010.
Large scale public food supply chains seem to have been neglected in the discussion about climate mitigation and health promotion. These issues are targeted at the workshop Green Mega Food Systems (14-15 October 2010) arranged by Aalborg University (Research group for food, people and design) in collaboration with among others DTU Management Engineering. Apart from dealing with topics like public food systems, public health, climate and sustainability the workshop intends to constitute international network activities.
